On 8/23 we were traveling from TN to TX when we got a flat tire in a rural area in Louisiana. I called BMW roadside assistance a few minutes before 12pm. We were given an approximate wait time of 90 minutes. I received text messages/calls stating they were unable to find a driver and apologies for the delay. This went on for about 4 hours. At around 430pm, I called Walker BMW in Alexandria and was able to speak with Alexandra. She was the only person working in the service department on this day and they were closing at 530pm. Super friendly service! Great guidance with vehicle needs and suggestive maintenance. Shuttle service was friendly and accommodating! Alexandra (service rep) was very professional and efficient with getting me scheduled and provided real time updates of my service. Car was ready and washed ahead of schedule. Highly recommend for service even if you didn’t purchase from Walker Automotive they will welcome you the same! They are the best for BMW service.
